Well Coffee can be brewed and drunk in many different forms for everyone’s taste! Whether you’re a fan of the simple strong shots or the creamy and chocolaty.
- Espresso – A simple shot of strong coffee. Anyone who loves strong coffee or simply wants a caffeine boost would love this kind. These are usualy entirely made of Robusta coffee as that is the more stronger and powerfull taste.
- Americano – A shot or two of espresso depended on wanted strength plus boiling water. For people with a more creamy apetite you can add cream, cold milk or steamed milk. The Americano is the most common way of drinking coffee because you can properly appreciate the taste of it. These are most commonly a mixture of Arabica and robusta coffee – usualy 50 50 so it contains the strength of the Robusta but also the taste and after-flavour of the Arabica.
- Capaccino – A shot of espresso, hot milk and asteamed foam layer on top.
- Latte – A shot of espresso and steamed milk
- Mocha – A shot of espresso with chocolate and milk making it perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.
- Decafe - Any of the above can be made into a decafe coffee simply by having the beans roasted in a different way removing any caffeine they comtain. Though the most common form of decafe coffee is instant, where you simply add the boiling water.
- Iced Coffee – Most major cafes serve some sort of iced coffee usualy in many different flavours. Some add chocolate, some coconut and my personal favourite the caramel coffee frapatino with extra cream and caramel from starbucks(you can tell i have a sweet tooth).
The one thing that people have to be very cautious about when making any of these coffees is not to burn the beans. Often you can taste as soon as you take a sip that the coffee doesn’t taste as it should. You should be especially careful if using one of the more expensive coffees(don’t want to waste the quality!). Most poeple just poor the water in as soon as the kettle is boiled but you should always leave the water to cool down for a couple of minutes.

Comments[...] The taste is more bitter and bigger bodied with 40-50% more caffeine than Arabica. The texture is also slightly more foamy giving it a crema and makes it perfect for espressos. [...]
